Frequently Asked Questions
What bird am I?
This quiz matches you to one of twelve birds β Owl, Eagle, Hummingbird, Raven, Swan, Falcon, Dove, Heron, Peacock, Sparrow, Albatross or Woodpecker β from twelve questions about how you move through a day, where you would rather be, how you use your voice and what you would defend. Each answer adds points to three of the twelve, and the highest total is your result.
How does the bird quiz decide my result?
Every option carries weighted points toward three birds rather than one, so the result reflects the pattern across all twelve of your answers instead of a single choice. The scoring was brute-forced over all 16,777,216 possible answer paths to check that every bird is reachable and that no bird is over-represented β the rarest lands on 6.5% of paths and the most common on 10.6%.
Which birds can I get?
Twelve: the Owl (The Watcher), Eagle (The Visionary), Hummingbird (The Spark), Raven (The Mystic), Swan (The Devoted), Falcon (The Striker), Dove (The Peacemaker), Heron (The Solitary), Peacock (The Radiant), Sparrow (The Steadfast), Albatross (The Wanderer) and Woodpecker (The Persistent). Each links to its full symbolism guide.
Is the bird quiz free?
Yes β free, no sign-up and no email. Answer twelve questions and the result appears immediately, with a link you can share.
Is my bird the same as my spirit animal?
Not necessarily. This quiz picks from birds only, so it answers a narrower question than the spirit animal quiz, which draws on mammals, birds and insects alike. Many people find the two agree in temperament even when the animal differs.
